How to book
PAC requires a registration form and booking form for each child. To secure your place(s) at PAC, please follow the step by step guidance below.
- To find out if there are places available on the dates you want, we would advise you to contact PAC by phone on 01968 660248 or email info@pentlandsactivitycamps.co.uk
- Next, please complete and return the registration form and/or booking form to the address below or email it (as an attachment). Relevant forms can be downloaded from the downloads page.
- If you have previously completed a registration form, this will suffice for subsequent bookings, but please let us know if there are any changes.
- A non-refundable deposit of £30 per child is required to secure your place. Please return the booking form with the deposit.
- Payment can be made directly into PAC’s bank account. When booking is confirmed PAC will issue an invoice including invoice number and banking details
- If paying by cheque, please make cheques payable to Pentlands Activity Camps. If sending by post, please include cheque card number on back of cheque.
- Please note all cancellations must be acknowledged in writing and received one month before the start of your child’s week to receive a full refund, minus the deposit. Otherwise 20% of the total payment will be returned.
