PAC is organised and run by Ian Reid and Lindsay Mann, local residents who, between them, have over thirty years experience of working with children in a variety of professional childcare settings.
We are a small company which prides itself in choosing the right staff team to support the children throughout the week. Team members are skilled and enthusiastic, with plenty of experience of working with groups of children and young people. All PAC staff go through a thorough selection process - this includes the uptake of references and the completion of Enhanced Disclosure forms which are verified by Disclosure Scotland.

PAC follows the Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care’s guidelines.
PAC is a member of the Institute of Outdoor Learning (IOL).
PAC is a member of the Tweed Valley Tourist Consortium
Ian Reid is a Registered Member of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
Lindsay Mann has successfully completed a “First Aid for Child Carers’ Course which is updated every three years. She holds a valid Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate and has completed the Cooksafe Food Safety Assurance Scheme. Lindsay is a childminder registered through the Care Commission.
